Hi, I’m Juli, a wedding and portrait photographer based in Woodstock, Illinois, serving couples and families throughout McHenry County, Barrington, Crystal Lake, and the surrounding Chicago suburbs.

After living in Barrington for many years, I relocated to Woodstock about two years ago and quickly fell in love with its charm, character, and sense of community. It’s such a special place to live and work, and I truly love photographing people here.

With over 20 years of experience, including time in New York City and Los Angeles working in editorial and fashion photography, I bring both technical skill and a trained eye for subtle direction. Having photographed actors, models, and people of all comfort levels in front of the camera, I know how to guide movement and posing in a way that feels natural and flattering.

I’m known for paying close attention to the small details, from a loose curl to a crooked strap to the way a hand is placed, so you can feel confident and fully taken care of throughout the experience.
